DICK HEYES......

Dick has been a running coach in Wigan for over 50 years and very rarely misses a session on club nights.  You will find him on his bike barking out instructions.

He loves runners who train hard and strive to get the best from themselves.  It does not matter what ability you are, his methods and one liners are motivational. 

He has coached runners at every level from beginner to International.  Don't let him see you not trying!  

 

 

ANDY WARD......

Andy has been involved with athletics for over 35-years.  He has been successful at different levels and competed at National level on track, Cross country and road.  He has excelled in races from 800m to the marathon and brings a wealth of knowledge to the coaching team.  He prides himself on still being able to run in the fast group on session nights but gets more from supporting athletes to get the best from themselves.
