About the club
We have a variety of runners of differing abilities. We have club members who compete in road, trail and fell races from 5K's to Half Marathons and Marathons through to Ultra Distances. All coaches and club members are friendly and approachable when it comes to sharing experiences, personal training tips and knowledge.
Training sessions at least twice a week with optional additional sessions.
We also have an excellent social side, as all that training and racing for our club requires reward. We have a social evening every 3 months, usually after a Thursday Session starting at 7:45 - 8:00pm at The Forresters Pub Standish. We have the annual Christmas breakfast and pub crawl as well as any other social days which may be organised throughtout the year.
